Membership
BLOOM Coalition membership is free and open to all nonprofit organizations who share BLOOM’s vision of every American family having a healthy birth outcome and thriving during the critical postpartum journey. Together, we will advance healthy birth outcomes and postpartum well-being in the U.S. through education, collaboration, and advocacy.
Through their membership, organizations will receive:
Recognition as a BLOOM member on website
Invitations to member-only virtual meetings to receive updates on BLOOM’s policy priorities and programs
Inclusion on the regular email list and received BLOOM’s newsletter and additional member-only email updates
Opportunities to respond to surveys and provide other inputs
Appeals for inclusion on sign-on letters to policymakers
Communication toolkits with graphics and template content to use in communications
Networking opportunities with like-minded organizations and companies

Non-Profit Organizations
Consider participating in BLOOM’s Steering Committee.

The BLOOM Coalition Steering Committee members are organizations who share the vision and support the mission of BLOOM.
The BLOOM Coalition Steering Committee takes counsel from the BLOOM Coalition Partnership Committee but operates independently.

The Committee provides primary leadership and direction to the BLOOM Coalition by:
Developing the Coalition's policy priorities
Offering strategic direction to the Coalition’s advocacy efforts
Regularly reviewing progress and identifying areas for improvement
Recommending opportunities on how and when to partner with other stakeholders and community leaders

The BLOOM Steering Committee meets at least quarterly, both virtually or in-person.
Corporate Organizations
Consider participating in BLOOM’s Partnership Council.

The BLOOM Coalition Partnership Council is an advisory board to the BLOOM Steering Committee and coalition leadership. The Partnership Council comprises individuals from organizations who provide strategic guidance, expertise and financial support to BLOOM, helping us achieve our vision of every American family having a healthy birth outcome and thriving during the critical postpartum journey.

Strategic planning
Policy prioritization and advocacy campaign planning
Fundraising support
Developing brand awareness

The BLOOM Partnership Council meets twice per year.
