The BLOOM (Bipartisan Leaders Optimizing Outcomes for Maternal Health) Coalition is a bipartisan alliance of organizations working to improve maternal health outcomes and postpartum wellbeing in the US. 
 
BLOOM convenes organizations of patients, providers, advocates, employers, community leaders, and policymakers to drive thoughtful solutions to the systemic problems contributing to one of America’s most urgent public health shortcomings.
