BLOOM (Bipartisan Leaders Optimizing Outcomes for Maternal Health) is a national coalition working to improve maternal health and postpartum well-being in all communities across America. We unite organizations of patients, providers, policymakers, employers, and community organizations to advance thoughtful solutions through education, collaboration, and advocacy.

Too many families are falling through the cracks of a fragmented maternal care system. Mothers in rural and urban communities—and everywhere in between—face distinct challenges accessing the care and support they need. BLOOM exists to change that.
